(MONGO GRILL) To add new SSP's SSU's and a dry pendant in the remodel of a 2,660-ft/2 tenant space located in an existing shell building for a new restaurant. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior partitions for two new accessible restrooms, and kitchen area, installation of suspended ceiling system, installation of a new type one hood system, installation of a new type-two hood, installation of new HVAC Ducted system, a new cooler, and new lighting. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
