The associated building permit (BLD05-02400) is to remodel existing lab area for new equipment & treatment. To perform selective demolition; to construct new non-combustible interior partitions to create patient staging, observation and bi-plane lab; install a unistrut sub-structure attached to the building structure to support overhead equipment; new reinforced 5' x 5' x 12" concrete pad for new floor equipment support; install new suspended ceiling grid system and millwork in remodeled area; and upgrade electrical, mechanical, plumbing & sprinkler systems to meet tenant needs and comply with current adopted codes and ordinances.
