Scope of work for the fire sprinklers is to provide 9 additional uprights, relocate 2 uprights (sprigs) and provide 1 additional pendant in a new restroom. The building scope of work is to create a 1,720 square foot retail sales tenant space on the 1st story of BODO Building #4. Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, and finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
