(BRIDGE CITY LEGAL) To add 4 new SSP's and relocate 2 existing SSP's for the remodel of an existing 1630-ft/2 space located on the first floor for a new tenant. This space was constructed as a vanilla finish under BLD04-01415. It was reduced in size under BLD05-02289. The building under went a building code upgrade and was fully fire sprinklered under FIR04-00358. The corridors are NOT required to be rated which requires Q.R. heads throughout. The fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of partitions to create two offices, data room & reception area. Relocate existing lighting fixtures. This building is fully fire sprinklered and has a fire alarm system. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02730.
