This tenant space will be occupied for office use. The other tenant space Suite #199 is permitted under BLD05-02937 and will remain VACANT. A Separate permit will be required for Suite #199. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
