LEFT OVER STORAGE SPACES FOR MALL - (Behind spaces #2002 &2005) To modify existing fire sprinkler protection for the creation of two spaces to be used for mall storage areas, located behind tenant space 2002 & 2005 which will be considered accessory use to the mall. The space behind #2002 is 1,188-ft/2. The space behind #2202 is 600-ft/2. Each of these storage spaces will be located off of a one-hour corridor that runs between the two spaces and then connects to a one-hour passage way. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of one-hour corridor walls and the removal of a dropped ceiling in space #2002. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
