(ST ALPHONSUS)(BI-PLANE LAB REMODEL-1ST FLR) To replace, relocate and add quick response pendant fire sprinklers for the remodel of an existing lab area, for new equipment & treatment. (Lab is not chemical). Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition, construction of new non-combustible interior partitions to create patient staging, observation and bi-plane lab, the installation of new suspended ceiling grid system per plans which may include red-lined notes, attached plan review conditions, regulated by the Fire Chief.. This building is fully sprinklered and shall remain so. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-02450.
