TREASURE VALLEY ENDOCRINOLOGY-ST AL'S OFFICE BLDG #5-2ND FLR * To modify the existing fire sprinkler system piping by relocating 14 SSP's and adding 9 SSP's for the remodel and expansion of an existing medical office space from 1,141-ft/2, to 2,433-ft/2. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective demolition, construction of new non-combustible interior partitions for the relocate the reception / waiting area, to add a new Dr. Office, several new exam rooms and support areas. This building is fully sprinklered and shall remain so. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
