This was a quick permit to add two pendant heads due to new walls. The building scope of work was to remodel an existing 2247 sq ft retail tenant space located on the second floor for a new tenant. Work to include, construction of approximately 30 lf of noncombustible partitions to create new office area and storage area, installation of new flooring. The ceiling and related lighting is existing, Relocation of lighting into office area. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system WILL require a separate permit and shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. This building contains a smoke evacuation system that was installed under the 1985 UBC and shall be maintained as installed. Rmh
