ASSOCIATED PRESS - US BANK - 3RD STORY * To modify and existing light hazard system in a remodel of the existing 1,277-ft/2 tenant space for a new office tenant located on the 3rd story of an existing high-rise building. The fire sprinkler work is related to interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings. The fire sprinkler system and infrastructure supporting for the 3rd story are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. This structure is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise building. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
