This is a quick permit to add 10 upright heads and 3 pendant heads due to a expansion of the existing tenant. Work includes the addition of a new branchline on the gridded system. The building scope of work includes a new 870 sq. ft. expansion to an existing 3,315 sq. ft. office tenant per approved plans. The existing 2,555 sq. ft. first floor area will have a 110 sq. ft. expansion for a new first floor total of 2,665 sq. ft. The existing 760 sq. ft. second floor will have a 760 sq. ft. expansion for a new second floor total of 1,520 sq. ft. The new total for the entire tenant space will be 4,185 sq. ft. Work to include new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, a complete new interior storefront window wall at the edge of the second floor, interior finish, a new sink and some casework, plumbing work, and some electrical work.
