The building scope of work is to emodel an existing 2,556 sq.ft. space for a new retail tenant space located on the second floor per approved plans. Work to include, construction of a new storefront system, construction of interior partitions, installation of a new suspended ceiling system and related lighting, existing restroom, Miscelaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklerd and contains a smoke evacuation system, any alterations to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
