The associated fire sprinkler permit (BLD 05-01937) is to remodel an existing 3,929 square foot fire station. Work is to include new roof insulation and membrane, interior nonbearing walls, wall furring at exterior walls, three toilet/shower rooms (toilet and basin within one toilet room to be accessible to the disabled), suspended ceilings, millwork, and interior finishes. The work shall comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. A separate zoning approval will be required for the temporary modular structure for housing personnel until the remodel is complete. **CJW** (FIRE STATION #4) This building will be fire sprinklered as part of this project.
