To provide new sprinkler pendants for new tenant space. The building scope of work is to remodel a new 1321 sq ft tenant space to be used as an exercise facility per approved plans. Work to include, construction of interior partitions to create, reception area, work out areas, office space, a restroom, and washer and dryer area, Installation of a new suspended ceiling with related lighting, installation of Hvac system, miscelaneous related finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations or modifications to the sprinkler system shall be installed per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. (rmh)
