MICRON BUILDING #16 REMODEL CAFE FOR FAB CENTER- (C9057) - To demo 126 existing SSP's with piping and reinstall 114 new SSP's for the remodel of the old Cafeteria for Fab Central Group located in the southwest corner of the basement of Building #16, between grid lines #5&0.8 and N&R into; (8) single hard wall offices, (2) 8 seat conference rooms, a 7,700 square foot open office area for (38) double cube offices, (24) single cube office spaces, a 1,400-ft/2 vending/non-smoking break room and a 340-ft/2 smoking break room. Fire sprinkler work is associated with the demolition of walls, ceilings with accessory equipment to remove the existing cafeteria and support areas and to construct new interior partitions and ceiling grid.
This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00864.
