MICRON (C8659) B15 UPGRADE 3 EXISTING HPM PASS-THROUGHS TO CLEANROOMS * To install 3 new small orifice SSP's heads providing OH-2 densities in three existing HPM pass-through rooms which were not protected previously. This fire protection work will entail the installation of individual room hazardous liquid containment and draining to the facilities hazardous liquid containment system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permitted work scope is currently not attached to any building permit.
