To provide notification and duct detectors for new tenant space. Work includes four new duct smoke detectors and five new audio/visual devices designated circuit NAC output #3 off of the fire alarm panel. The shell/core fire alarm system was installed using FIR05-00262. The building scope of work is to construct a new 1,676 sq. ft. professional service spa tenant on the first floor per approved plans. Work to include new interior walls and doors, interior finish, new ceiling construction, new casework and sinks, a new accessible restroom, fire sprinkler work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work. A Certificate of Occupancy is to be issued when completed and approved. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
