The building scope of work is to prepare an existing tenant space to be used as a self-serve meal preparation facility. The total floor area of this tenant space is about 1,476 square feet (740 square foot customer self-serve area, 577 square foot employee food preparation area, 61 square foot office, and 49 square foot restroom). Work is to include a restroom accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, and finishes. This tenant space was created under permit BLD05-03045. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
