Tested remainder of the second floor devices, noted two SD installed too close to HVAC registers, door hardware at the inactive leaf at the west set of fire doors to the skybridge is not approved, corrections from the previous inspection are complete.

1st floor fire alarm testing completed today, items remaining for the 1st floor include lacking HD at the elevator machine room and missing main FACP door.

Retested items on the first floor in need of correction, doors need adjusted at the service elevator lobby, missing a HD for the elevator machine room, two SD at the link relocated while on site, several items remain to be tested at the 2nd floor.

SD's as installed in the electrical room, comm. room, and loading dock area do not meet spacing requirements due to structural beam blockage, missing one SD at a vestibule, visible notification is blocked at some areas in the pyro lab, duct detectors and vesdas tested okay on the first floor, noted corrections from the previous visit have been completed.

Walk through testing of a/v notification at the 1st , 2nd and basement floor levels only completed today, noted one horn to be replaced in the basement, some areas on the first and second floors appear to be overspaced or obstructed as noted, as-built plans need to accurately reflect locations of all devices, the 1st floor pyro room may need an additional horn, clean room areas on the 1st floor remain to be verified for a/v testing due to access issues, audibility and synchronization throughout the remainder of the project are acceptable.
