The building shell was constructed under permit BLD04-02153 with fire sprinklers installed under FIR05-00111. The fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of interior nonbearing walls, to create X-ray, X-ray Development, Treatment, Offices, Reception, Waiting, Exercise, Therapy, and Patient Adjustment Rooms, suspended ceilings and HVAC throughout. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-03323.
