To add and relocate sprinkler heads due to the addition/modifications of walls. The building scope of work is to remodel an existing 5,042 square foot tenant space for a new office tenant. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, 1 shower room accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior windows, interior doors, lightweight concrete topping slab, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department.
This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-03015.
