Work is to include a roof mounted satellite dish, interior nonbearing walls, suspended ceilings, millwork, interior windows, interior doors, and finishes. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 3rd story are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. If not already existing, fire-safing shall be installed at the perimeter of the 3rd story between the floor and the spandrel glass. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes.
