To install fire sprinkler protection in a medical gas storage closet per the IFC Chapter 3006 and the Fire Department published policy for protection for the same within a new 5,800-ft/2, one-story, multi tenant, office building. The first floor is 5,177-ft/2 and the second floor is 623-ft/2. The center section is being finished under this permit and will be occupied as a dentist office. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with these conditions, the IFC 2003 Edition, the attached review comments, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
