To provide a required sprinkler monitoring fire alarm system in an existing building.
The associated fire sprinkler permit (FIR06-00053) is to install the underground supply and overhead Ordinary Group 1 wet pipe fire sprinkler system for a 3,100-ft/2 tenant in a V-B strip mall referenced as Pennsylvania Station. Fire sprinkler work shall be per plans (which may include red-lined notes), attached plan review conditions/comments, IFC 2003, NFPA 13-2002 and 72, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
