Fire sprinkler work is related to the removal of existing tenant demising wall, the installation of new partitions to create stockroom and retail area, restroom new ceiling with lighting and new HVAC system. This building is fully fire sprinklered. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
