(ST LUKES-CENTRAL FACILITY PLAN LAUNDRY) To relocate an existing 2½" fire sprinkler main, remove and modify existing lines, add 5 (2 SSU's, 2 SSP's, 1 HSW) heads and remove 2 existing sidewall fire sprinklers, for the installation of a new washing machine located in the "Central Plant" east, basement laundry room. Fire sprinkler work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
