HEWLETT PACKARD-BEAR HOUSE UPGRADE * To remove all existing ½" outlet tees and replace with 1" outlets with uprights remaining. Some 1" will be plugged while others will be adding sprinkler protection beneath new and existing HVAC and an existing overhead door in the "Bear House", (test chamber for specialized equipment). Fire sprinkler work is related to piping modification for structural supports and HVAC protection under units and the available upright protection in place for future tenant work. The design is OH-1 Pipe Scheduled system and will follow the same throughout. Some piping is getting replaced to meet pipe schedule sizing and rerouting. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
