RCE-1568 STOEL RIVES-US BANK-18TH FLR * To add 2 SSP's for the minor remodel located on the 18th floor. This work involves the reduction of the tenant area on the 18th floor, from 9,486-ft/2 to 1,692-ft/2 that is connected to the 18th floor tenant space by an open access stairway. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of a new partition wall to create two new lease-able for future tenants spaces and a common lobby area. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The fire sprinkler system work shall comply with IFC 2003, attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-00035.
