The associated building permit (BLD05-03305) is to remodel the existing billing, storage and reception area's, a 1,337 sq. ft. portion of the existing 10,743 sq. ft. tenant space, per approved plans to include red-line notes and all attached plan review conditions of all reviewing agencies. Work includes selective demolition; construction of interior non-combustible walls to create separate billing area and support; to open wall and case opening to connect reception area to check out/in station; modify suspended ceiling grid system in billing dept. area; and upgrade electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and alarm system to meet tenant needs and meet current adopted codes and ordinances.
