(C9226) MICRON BUILDING #26, 1ST FLR, MINI CLEANROOM AND RELOCATE SEMI-PLATING TOOL - To demo 2 existing SSP's with piping and add 5 new SSP's with piping in above the ceiling. Also to add 2 SSU's in the expanded subfloor. This fire sprinkler work is related to the excavation and installation of a new concrete sub floor, raised cleanroom floor, cleanroom walls, ceiling, and hepa filters to create a new 127-ft/2 Back End Room #107C and an 87-ft/2 Semi-Tool Bay Area #107B, a 107-ft/2 Smock & Bootie Room #107A. This work is located on the first floor of Building #26 between grid lines D & E and 12 & 13 within Lead Finish Area #105J. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permitted work scope is attached to BLD06-00268.
