(ST LUKES-ONE SOUTH-PRESURGERY CLINIC) To modify existing fire sprinklers for the remodel of approximately 3,311-ft/2 on the first floor area being used as a presurgery clinic. Fire sprinkler work is related to selective interior demolition, construction of interior non-combustible, non-bearing walls to create new exam rooms and support areas, to alter the existing corridor route by construction new walls, to enlarge the electrical room and create an access hall to the existing outpatient registration area. Fire sprinkler work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
