The associated building permit (BLD 05-02394) is to construct a new 7,738 sq. ft. one story type VB fully fire sprinklered show room addition which includes a new 986 sq. ft mezzanine and a 704 sq. ft. covered parking area to the north side of an existing auto shop. Other work includes remodeling restrooms and adding a 588 sq. ft. mezzanine within the existing shop building with new mechanical ventilation system.
