(ST ALPHONSUS CENTRAL TOWER - 1ST FLOOR PHARMACY) To modify existing 4" FDC main, a 2½" wet main off the S. Tower System #1 and area sprinkler branch lines. The two mains are being raised over the chiller piping, two branch lines are being relocated and one new branch line is being installed. Hazard is Ordinary Group 1 with 130-ft/2 maximum spacing. The existing pipe schedule system was installed in 1969 by Interstate Fire and remodeled by TVFP in 1991. Mains are currently looped, fed by a fire pump. This work is not located in a hydraulic calculated area. No other fire sprinkler work is addressed in this permit. Fire sprinkler work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
