BOISE TOWNE SQUARE EXPANSION-TEMPORARY WALL FIX * To add new and relocate existing pendant sprinkler protection for the installation of a new temporary construction separation wall which will separate the demolition associated with the new construction a 12,395-ft/2 one story shell addition, from the existing occupied mall. This wall was granted construction without an IFC review and is currently protection code deficient. This building is fully fire sprinklered. The sprinklers are used for area increase. Fire sprinkler work is limited to the construction of this wall and an area where a dropped hard lid ceiling was added in a service corridor. No other work is addressed or allowed under this permit. Fire sprinkler work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
