The associated building permit (BLD05-03440) is to remodel approximately 100 sq. ft. of existing floor area to become part of the existing gift shop and convert the new area and existing storage area into a workroom area for the gift shop per approved plans, notes and all attached conditions of all reviewing agencies. Work includes selective interior demolition; construction of 2-hour wall and 1-1/2 hour door assembly between the new workroom area and an existing 2-hour stair enclosure corridor serving the 5 stories of the existing south tower. Work includes modification of suspended ceiling grid system, electrical, mechanical, sprinkler & alarm systems to meet tenant needs and comply with minimum adopted codes and ordinances.
