(RCE-270 CORY COLTRIN)(MODERN WOODMAN) RCE Heinz 2593 (COLTRIN BLDG - 2ND FLR- STE 210) This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and story increase. To add 23 SSP's and 4 SSU's for the construction of a new 1,890-ft/2 office space on the northeast side of the second floor, in an existing two story 18,490-ft/2 shell building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new interior walls, new suspended ceiling, two new second floor building core restrooms and hallway. NOTE: this building is "Nonseparated Uses" per IBC Section 302.3.1. Also there is an existing smoke barrier between the tenant space and the front lobby area from the shell permit. This building is fully sprinklered and shall remain so. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
