To modify and add fire sprinkler protection for the construction of one office, "sleep lab (added 7-26-04)," and a conference room within an existing 12,213-ft/2 medical office building. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls and suspended ceilings all per the approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The fire protection work shall be in accordance with minimum requirements of IFC-2003, and attached review comment and conditions list, as regulated by the Fire Chief. These notes, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this permit, to provide witness of compliance verification of meeting minimum code.
