INSURANCE NETWORK AMERICA OFFICE BUILDING - To modify the existing system riser to accommodate a required outside control; an acceptable option taken by the owner for this new 7,800-ft/2, one story wood framed office building. The underground fire service supply lead-in was installed under FIR05-00460. Overhead was installed under FIR05-00570. All fire sprinkler system work shall comply with the IFC 2003, the attached review comments/conditions, as regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments/conditions, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to building permit: BLD05-01669. The sprinklers are used for area increase.
