5/22/2006 - Plan modification indicates an additional duct smoke detector for HVAC shutdown. A total of four (4) duct smoke detectors will be installed on the second floor.

The associated building permit (BLD 05-01216) is to add a 5545 sq. ft. two story type IIIB addition to the existing 2,275 sq. ft one story building. The building will have three separate tenant spaces with the existing space plus addition at 2905 sq. ft. the other 1st floor tenant space with vanilla finish at 2240 sq. ft. and the second floor space with vanilla finish at 2675 sq. ft. Other work includes remodeling of the existing building, all site improvements, paving and landscaping per approved plans. This building is proposed to have a fire alarm system. Areas of the two story addition are 2870 sq. ft. first floor and 2675 second floor. The building will not be fire sprinklered. Exterior walls are masonry and the entire building meets requirements for Type IIIB construction. Separate permits and possible plans required for occupancy of each tenant space.
