The associated building permit (BLD 05-00317) is to remodel an existing 36,600 sq. ft. retail store with a 680 sq.ft. mezzanine, to an automobile dealership, showroom, repair garage. To add approximately 1,200 sq.ft. to this building on the west side for a car wash area to add a 2,100 sq.ft. second floor for the finance and general manager's office. Note: This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Additional work included in this permit is to reconstruct the parking lot, install new landscaping and construct additional parking area.
