To provide in-duct detectors (2 ea) for fire/smoke damper control, notification and area smoke detection in the new office space. Notification in the area has been revised for code compliance. (two new NAC circuits) Area smoke detection has been added to a new public restroom.

The building permit BLD06-00206 is to remodel 100 sq.ft. portion of open area to create a private office area. Work includes selective interior demolition; construction of approximately 7'-6" of smoke partition wall with access door to office, suspended ceiling grid system, millwork, plumbing and electrical upgrade for office area.
