To install 15 SSP's for the build-out & finish of a 1,921-ft/2 first time tenant space for use as an office by Genesis Insurance. Fire sprinkler work is related to the construction of interior bearing walls to create the tenant space perimeter, private offices, open office/conference area, data & break rooms and new suspended acoustical ceiling grid system. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD05-03356.
