Adding 13 new heads and relocating 11 existing heads to compy with head spacing requirements. Remodeling a 9,519 sq.ft. office area located on the 16th floor per approved plans. Work to include, selective interior nonbearing demolition, construction of new noncombustible partitions to create individual office spaces, breakroom, small conference rooms, reception area, and open office areas, installation of a new suspended ceiling system related lighting, miscellaneous related interior finishes. This building is fully fire sprinklered any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
