This is a fire sprinkler demo permit only.
This building is fire sprinklered for code reductions, story increase, and for fire flow. To construct interior improvements within two dwelling units (1,184 square feet and 1,125 square feet) located on the 2nd story of an existing 8,468 square foot building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended gypsum board ceilings, millwork, and finishes. Compliance as Type A accessible dwelling units or as Type B accessible dwelling units is NOT required. New work is required to comply with the approved drawings, the plan review report, and all applicable codes. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. The building shell was constructed under permit BLD03-02236.
Remove existing head. Insert ½" plug into drop to allow for HVAC ductwork installation. Head to be re- located and reinstalled under later T.I permit.
