To remove all existing standard response sprinklers and replace by adding 16 SSP's by relocating and adjusting for the construction of non-bearing walls and a suspended ceiling grid system to create a future office & reception areas for two tenant spaces. Suite #8 is 672-ft/2 and Suite #9 is 687-ft/2, for a total scope of work of 1,359-ft/2 T.I. under this permit. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
