(VIE VIE BOUTIQUE - IDAHO BLDG - 1ST FLR) This building is fire sprinklered because it is too tall and has too many stories. To relocate 2 existing SSP's and add 2 new SSP's for the construction of a 774-ft/2 retail sales tenant space located on the 1st story of the Idaho Building meeting OH-2 Occupancy requirements. Fire sprinkler work is related to new interior nonbearing walls, a new entry alcove, a dressing room and suspended ceilings. (In addition, the Women's restroom located on the 2nd floor will be upgraded to be accessible to the disabled, which is not addressed in this fire permit). This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
