(I-BEAM-IDAHO BLDG-1ST FLR) This building is fully fire sprinklered and one-hour fire resistive construction and it is too tall and has too many stories. To relocate 3 existing SSP's for the expansion of an existing 708-ft/2 office tenant space into the adjacent 1290-ft/2 vacant space, to create a 1998-ft/2 conference room. Fire sprinkler work is related to include the construction of new interior partitions to the bottom of the ceiling. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code. This permit is attached to BLD06-00139.
