Per David, the sprinkler fitter there is to be a ceiling below the mechanical obstructions in the mechanical room and a full height door is to be installed for the shower. The sidewall head in the garage has been relocated. Sprinkler piping is ok to cover.

3rd and 2nd floor piping can be covered. The ground floor piping can not. The sprinkler issues on the ground floor include: the pendant head in the master bath is not providing adequate coverage for the shower area. There is shadowing and the pendant measures 11'-8" off of the far wall in the shower, the sidewall head in the garage is overspaced off of the west wall. This entire wall is a separation of the living space from the garage. It measures 8'-7" off the wall and is not an extended coverage head. The pendant in the mechanical room is going to be blocked by duct work.
