Work to include, construction of interior paritions within room to house equipment, installation of two condensers on roof, installation of wireless antenas on each corner of roof, any wood used within the building must be Fire retardant treated per section 603.1, this building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution any alterations to the sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department.
