MATERIALS TESTING & INSPECTION - (Tenant Improvement) - To install and modify fire sprinklers off a shell system being installed under FIR06-00139 to finish out and to occupy a new 9,053-ft/2 tenant space located in a new 12,941-ft/2 multiple use shell building. Fire sprinkler work is related to the installation of new tenant demising walls, new non bearing interior walls to create offices, conference, restrooms, storage, equipment rooms, a 655-ft/2 wood deck mezzanine, suspended ceilings, and HVAC system. All work for tenant space is shown on the shell plans under BLD05-02758. This permit is attached to BLD05-002759. This fire protection work shall comply with the IFC 2003 and the permit review comments; each regulated by the Fire Chief. The review comments, permit and fire "Inspection Card" are required to be on site as a condition of this work, to provide witness of compliance verification of minimum code.
